アルギン酸
Alginate

アルギン酸

アルギン酸は、褐藻などに含まれる多糖類で、食物繊維の一種です。ほかに、紅藻のサンゴモなどにも含まれています。また、一部の細菌（アゾトバクターなど）が部分的に酢酸エステル化されたアルギン酸を生成しておりますが、これによる工業的生産はまだ成功していません。
弊社は中国製アルギン酸シリーズ商品を日本で食品・医薬品・化粧品・繊維加工の他、幅広い業界に販売しております。

Alginate is a polysaccharide found in brown algae, etc., and is a type of dietary fiber. It is also included in red algae such as coralline algae. In addition, some bacteria (such as Azotobacter) produce alginic acid that is partially acetate-esterified, but industrial production using this method has not yet been successful.
We are selling alginate series products made in China to a wide range of industries including food, medicine, cosmetics, and textile processing in Japan.
